Some Things New Parents Should Buy

The pensioners of said town are safe to venture out as I have returned from my morning perambulation. It was time spent reflecting on the fact that today is forecast to be the worst day for road congestion in the year. The forecasters clearly haven’t been here when the M1, M25 and M10 motorway’s are closed, its market day and school finishing time. Good lord, what if this happens today, could we reach actual gridlock- hurrah for walking everywhere, even if you are abused by the middle class elderly.
On another note id like to welcome any new parents with the following advice, forget buying toys this is what you should acquire for your new arrival:
1. TV remote control
2. Telephone (working)
3. X- Box
4. A random dangerous cable that’s plugged in
I say this as although our little one has numerous toys, (see above pictures) there is nowhere and nothing that comes close to the X-box and its cables….

Ours are rather fond of the labels on anything rather than the actual thing you bought them.

Blue nappy sacks are the best toy ever apparently and worth fighting for when having a nappy change.
