Back to the 100 sit-ups, and three mile runs a day I used to do then! BUT HOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HOW AM I SUPPOSED TO FIT IN ANOTHER THING INTO MY DAY WHEN I BARELY HAVE TIME TO SLEEP. I've tried the jogging pram, its far too much stress as you don't have time to anticipate dog poo or cracked paving slabs. I've tried cutting down on the chocolate but I might murder the kids if I don't have it. Last week, I read somewhere that a lack of sleep can lead to weight gain. I think this is my problem. There is no other logical conclusion; thin mummy's have hired help.

I know the feeling well!!! I really need to lose weight I just don't have the time. I tried thinking thin but that didn't work either!
I'm sure lack of sleep does cause weight gain. Obvious, really, you have no energy left rest of the day?! Wear the rubber ring with pride, it's hard earned! A very special mummy badge ;)
Yes but they're so bloody hungry all the time they're not nice people!
I agree -it must be the lack of sleep that does it! It is also so much worse the second time around - My scales tell me I'm about the same post pregancy weight this time as with my previous pregnancy but my jeans definitely seem to be telling me otherwise. Things just don't seem to have gone back to the right shape! However, I'm definitely not resorting to the 100 sit ups and the 5 mile jog - sleep is much higher on my priority list than that.
