Sponsored Guest Post: Sending cards doesn't have to be stressful

Todays guest post is by Rahul Mistry who tells us all about how he deals with the ordeal of sorting out cards!

If you’re anything like me, you struggle to find the perfect card for everyone you want to show appreciation for when Christmas time comes around. I could spend all day in the greeting cards section of a store and still not come out with everything that I wanted. It seems like Christmas card selections grow with each passing year, which would ordinarily be a good thing, but it can turn into an ordeal when you start to feel overwhelmed. And this is without me mentioning that I may love the message inside a card but not like the front of it, or vice versa.

This year, I’m going to skip the anxiety, or at least attempt to, by ordering my cards online. I went to Hallmark’s Christmas Cards section yesterday and found a few that you can send to different people. Hallmark lets you personalise cards by changing the text, font and colour, so I just used the same card for several different people and changed the message. You can use the suggestions on the card or come up with an entirely new message, and the personalisation can be done on the front, inside and back of the card. I love it because I don’t have to search for a different card for each person, and I’m not stuck with a message that doesn’t really mean anything for the person I’m sending it to. Plus, it gives you extra room just in case you have trouble fitting everything you want to say into one little space.

I’ll admit that I had never thought of buying greeting cards online before, so I’m also excited that this site can save me a trip to the store. I think this new feature can make sending cards a lot easier, and I’m sure I’ll be using it again. Especially when Valentine’s day rolls around, I’ll be excited to send out cards to my friends and loved ones. I always hate how Valentines Cards are either too mushy or don’t say enough, so it will be extra nice to be able to personalise my own.

What a great idea-although I buy everything from clothes to appliances online, I've never considered Christmas card. Thanks for the tip off.
