And this is exactly why I continue to blog

I’m sure you are very aware that we are doing our best to win a car for our family and also electric charging points for the city in which we live. Despite local newspaper coverage, radio interviews, an amazing Twitter campaign and loads of blog posts across a number of different blogs (some inspired by those which my hubby has written, some inspired by the car) we are still in second place. I mentioned this to a friend of mine who is also a local blogger and she came up with an idea to boost morale and turn the whole thing into a bit of fun.

The result was the ‘How many mummy bloggers can you fit into a #nissanleaf21?’ challenge, so on a slightly damp Sunday afternoon the blogging community of St Albans came together to complete the challenge and have a lot of fun. And you see, that’s what blogging is all about; making new friends and having a laugh along the way. It’s these girls who keep me sane, these ones who I ask when I have a parenting dilemma and these ones who I know from experience will help me out in times of crisis. I thank each and everyone of them. Now,  enjoy!

How brilliant! I have asked everyone I know to vote for you, so hopefully we'll have you in first place before it's all over…

Was great fun! Think cramming into small spaces could become a St Albans blogger speciality!
