Book Review: How to Lose a Lemur by Frann Preston-Gannon

12th October 2013 No Comments

If you are looking for a book which will engage a one and a half year old as much as a six year old then this is the book for you. We are regular visitors to Whipsnade Zoo and often look at the Lemur wondering about all their different characters and what the like to do so this book provided the littlest members of our household with food for thought!

What do you do when a lemur takes a fancy to you and there isn’t much you can do about it? Well, you can try lots of different things to shake them, although a hot air balloon journey might well be a bit extreme.

Printed on lovely paper, so its a joy to read, this is a fab book with appealing illustrations and a bit of a hidden message. In particular I enjoyed reading it to the youngest member of our household and I eagerly await the future titles in the series.
