Last year I was lucky enough to get a personal training session with Niki Wybrow. This kicked off a bit of a fitness drive and was a really positive thing. Unfortunately recently things have slipped a bit, mainly because its so cold out there whenever I try to go running. I was thrilled when Niki emailed me the other day to tell me all about her new fitness plan: Bath Yoga. What could be more perfect for the busy working mum! I’m really looking forward to having a go with this.
Yoga is a really calming thing to do and one of the best ‘me-time’ activities that I can think of, it gets you into the right frame of mind to deal with the daily stresses we all face. One of the great things about yoga is that you can do it any where and with a bit of care and thought, you don’t necessarily need to attend expensive classes. I hope you enjoy this, I thought it was such a great idea i’m surprised I haven’t heard of something similar before. No one even need know as you could just spend a little bit longer in the bath than usual!
